React Infinity Run Flyknit
Designed to Help Reduce Injury
It's an audacious shoe with an even more audacious goal. We designed the Nike React Infinity Run to help reduce the risk of running-related injuries. In one of our largest independent studies, the Nike React Infinity Run helped keep study participants running while training for a half marathon. Read more to learn more about our newest shoe.
To see if the shoe could help reduce injury compared to our motion control shoe, we commissioned a study through the British Columbia Sports Medicine Research Foundation, where runners followed a 12-week variable training programme ending in a half marathon. Based on the results, we think we're on the right track: in testing*, the Nike React Infinity Run showed a 52% lower injury rate compared to the Nike Structure 22, our leading motion control shoe.
Cushion for Days, Weeks and Months
Our Nike React foam is popular for a reason: it's super springy and it lasts. We added 24% more foam to this shoe than the Nike Epic React 2 for added cushioning.
Shaped to Help Your Stride
We engineered the midsole to have a unique rocker shape, rolling you through your stride. This React shoe also has a wider base than previous versions, ensuring more stability with each foot strike.
Super Strong Upper
We created the upper out of our newest Flyknit technology, Flyknit Loft. With three layers of breathable mesh, this shoe will keep you locked in and outlast the miles you'll put on it.
